Dynamo AI (YC W22) focuses on developing end-to-end secure and compliant generative AI infrastructure that runs in any on-premise or cloud environment and is backed by investors like Canapi, Nexus Venture Partners, Liquid 2 Ventures, and SOMA Capital.
While the co-founders were completing their PhDs at MIT, I supported their initial growth and development through incorporation and Y-Combinator. Upon completing a $15M Series A fundraise, I led the expansion of our global workforce from 11 to 51 FTEs across 7 countries, secured SOC2, ISO 27001, and GDPR certifications, and drove 3x revenue growth to $1M+. During my tenure we secured contracts with companies like Lenovo, Experian, Booz Allen, and Army xTech.

Meta's Reality Labs is dedicated to developing cutting-edge virtual and augmented reality technologies, including products like Quest headsets and Ray-Ban smart glasses.
In addition to leading the Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Knowledge Graph (KG) programs for interactive AI on wearables, I supported global workforce management and financial reporting to ensure scalable growth and efficient resource management across all Reality Labs AI teams.

Lumi (YC W15), now a Narvar company, is an online marketplace for packaging and is backed by investors like Homebrew, Spark Capital, and Forerunner Ventures.
In 2018, as Chief of Staff, I had the opportunity to plan and execute various strategic projects with Jesse Genet (CEO). Working alongside our expanding leadership team, I implemented and developed our ATS, CRM, and ERP systems as well as produced workflows for our evolving homegrown software. In 2020, I focused on developing our Growth team and sales systems to achieve $5M+ in ARR, servicing some of the world’s leading ecommerce brands like Curology, Glossier, Bombas, and Tuft & Needle. In addition to being client-facing, I maintained responsibility for all sales reporting and analysis, authored our sales playbook, and developed and maintained our revenue forecast models. In 2021, I assumed responsibility over the organization’s business operations and analytics. In addition to financial and operational reporting across the organization, I also led the development of sales and support functions specifically for our self-service membership options. Within this role, I executed the research and analysis for a pending fundraising round and resumed responsibility for the end-to-end development and administration of our Salesforce CRM.

After participating in Cribspot’s initial internship program in 2014, I joined as an Operations Manager in 2015 and was promoted to Director of Maintenance & Operations in 2016. My primary responsibilities included leasing operations, inventory management, property maintenance program management, and market expansion. By 2017, we managed 100+ properties for 70+ clients in 3 student rental markets.
